Open cases are kept for the duration of your case and 6 months after closure. Closed and archived cases are deleted automatically after the retention period. Audit logs are kept for 3 years for legal accountability purposes.

Who we share it with

We may share your information with:

  • Relevant council departments, to help resolve your case
  • Other statutory bodies (e.g. housing, highways), only where necessary

We do not sell or share your data with third-party marketers.
